Our team have experience working on a wide range of residential schemes; from 1 dwelling to 10,000+ across the UK. We are proud to have a diverse client base which includes homeowners and individual landowners through to national housebuilders and strategic land promoters.

Our services range from the initial inception of a project, which often includes support on land promotion, access requirements and due diligence, through the design process and pre-application engagement. We continue working as part of the planning application team which includes liaison with our highway counterparts at local authorities and national bodies and on to post application support and Section 106 negotiations.

We also work with our clients to provide Appeal support which includes the provision of Expert Witness at Public Inquiries.
