Our staff were initially appointed to produce a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support a development of 120 residential units and subsequently appointed as an expert witness for the Appeal inquiry which was successfully approved in 2017.
Included within the development proposals were safeguarding of land for a 400 space station car park, bus interchange, improved station facilities and a doctors surgery. Since this time, Evoke staff have been involved in continued support for a wider development of a further circa 900 dwellings.
