Evoke staff have been involved with this scheme, located in the Lambeth Palace Conservation Area in Zone 1, for a number of years, which provides 133 sustainable studio apartments with courtyard, outdoor terrace and garden, and is located in the heart of London backing onto Archbishops Park. The scheme received planning permission in 2018.
Most recently, Evoke have helped to discharge a number of conditions through preparing a Student Travel Plan, Delivery & Servicing Management Plan and Waste Management Plan, in addition to providing further advice in relation to cycle parking. The conditions have successfully been discharged.
