Evoke were appointed by Network Homes to discharge a Delivery and Servicing Management Plan condition associated with the mixed-use residential-led redevelopment, which was successfully discharged in July 2021.
In addition, Evoke were appointed to satsify the requirements of the S106 agreement to provide a Travel Plan and are undertaking the Travel Plan Co-ordinator Role for residents. The role involves producing an updated Travel Plan and Travel Welcome Packs, which will be distributed to all residents upon occupation.
