Jealotts Hill, Bracknell
Evoke are providing ongoing support to Syngenta, CEG and Taylor Wimpey (Strategic) for the proposed allocation of this site for up to 2,000 residential dwellings, a new Science & Innovation Park (1,000,000sqft) and accompanying uses.
To date, involvement has included masterplanning support and Local Plan Representations including detailed Mobility, Walking & Cycling and Public Transport Strategies and a significant volume of strategic modelling work using Bracknell Forest Council (BFC)’s strategic model.
The Local Plan has been submitted to the secretary of state and is currently awaiting examination.
