High Lane, Ealing
Evoke supported the estate regeneration scheme at the High Lane Estate, Ealing to provide 505 new homes, a new shop/café, a community centre in addition to a reconfigured public realm and landscaping offering. Evoke also designed a range of traffic calming measures and pedestrian and cycle routes to prioritise movement for non-motorised users within the Estate.
Evoke staff have been advising Real Group on the transport and highways aspects of the scheme from the outset, including initial parking strategy advice, input to design, stakeholder engagement and the production of a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the planning application.
We were delighted to see that the hybrid planning application for the regeneration of the High Lane Estate was unanimously approved by Ealing Council’s planning committee in July 2021.
