Thornhill Park, Oxford
Evoke were appointed by Shaviram to advise on deliveries, servicing, waste management, emergency access and produced a Waste Management Plan on the proposed redevelopment of a parcel of land at Thornhill Park in Headington approximately 5 kilometres from Oxford City Centre. The site is located adjacent to Oxford Thornhill Park and Ride and proposed the development of 402 apartments, a hotel, Innovation Centre, gym and café.
Evoke liaised with the Oxford City Council waste team and Oxfordshire Highways as part of the scheme which received planning permission in December 2022.
