Our mixed use projects include a wide range of planning applications of all sizes and use classes. Often a key component of mixed-use schemes is to provide flexible and innovative parking solutions that take account of the differing operational demands of the respective land uses.

Mixed use developments often have complex transport requirements, juggling demand from a number of differing on-site uses. We work closely with our clients to advise them on space-saving transport solutions, taking care of each element of a scheme in terms of access, car and cycle parking and refuse & delivery management.
