Evoke has been working on this scheme since 2019 which involved a Film Studio consisting of 100,000 sqm of gross floor area, open space of up to 12.5 ha and a minimum of 1500 car parking spaces.
Evoke prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan, as well as input into the Environmental Statement. Evoke secured for site for Local Plan allocation and release from Green Belt.
