Having gained over 30 years' experience in the industry via a leading local authority and a variety of large and small private transport planning and engineering consultants and partnerships; Evoke is the fulfilment of an ambition to apply that sound, commercial knowledge in a manner that will best suit our clients.
Richard has also managed multidiscipline teams in his role as the UK and Ireland Sector Director for the Development and Infrastructure team at SYSTRA Ltd; prior to that he was the Operational Director for the Transport and Infrastructure team at the RPS Group Plc. Richard’s experience includes successfully representing clients at Public Inquiries as an Expert Witness and appearing at Local Plan EiPs. He is recognised within the industry, achieving the grade of Fellow with the Institution of Highways and Transportation.
Beyond work, having three young daughters, certainly keeps him busy. Luckily, they enjoy skiing and foreign travel as much as he does; the eldest also now plays football for a local team and the middle one enjoys watching it! This is just the beginning.
