Shire Hill Hospital, Glossop
Evoke staff produced a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the proposed redevelopment of Shire Hill Hospital to provide 77 residential units. The hospital was identified as surplus in terms of the operational healthcare requirements for the NHS and due to the sites location within a well-established residential area, the site was identified as an opportunity for residential development.
