Evoke supported a Section 73 application for the variation of condition to allow the sale of food from an existing retail unit at Newbury Retail Park. Evoke produced a Technical Note to support the application including an assessment of existing and predicted car parking demand in addition to an assessment of the net change in trips associated with the food retail use. The application was approved in March 2021.
Evoke are also currently advising on the reconfiguration of the existing access road to improve circulation and traffic flow within the retail park. Evoke designed a preliminary highway design layout for submission as part of the planning application.
