Evoke were appointed by Kennedy Funnell to support a planning application for the change of use of an existing logistics depot (Use Class B8) at Unit Four on Headlands Trading Estate to provide a builders' merchants, operating under Use Class Sui Generis.
The application was granted consent in September 2023, with Highways raising no objections to the application.
