David began working in the private sector in 2008 and is responsible for the project management, technical input and delivery of transport aspects of development planning projects. David has extensive experience working on a wide range of residential, educational, commercial, healthcare, energy and leisure projects throughout the UK.
David is vastly experienced in public consultation as well as negotiating transport improvements and S106 contributions for varying scales of development. David completed a research project, working in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), on Mitigating the Impacts of Construction Traffic.
Outside of work David enjoys travelling to new places and countries and experiencing new cultures, cuisines and wine. David is hoping his baby boy will share his love of sport so he can get an excuse to play or watch football, golf and rugby more!
